This yogurt production line is an automated system integrating raw material processing, fermentation, filling, and packaging. It uses fresh milk (or other animal milk) as raw material, which is pasteurized, added with beneficial bacteria (starter culture), and processed through fermentation, cooling, and filling to produce yogurt. Yogurt retains all nutrients of milk and generates vitamins like VB1, VB2, VB6, and VB12 during fermentation, making it more digestible and absorbable.

Equipment Composition

The yogurt production line mainly includes:
● Raw Material Pretreatment Equipment: Milk storage tanks, milk clarifiers, cooling towers, etc., for raw milk acceptance, clarification, cooling, and storage.
● Homogenizer: Breaks down milk fat globules into fine particles to prevent fat agglomeration and floating, ensuring a uniform and smooth product.

Pasteurization and Cooling

  • Pasteurization: Kills bacteria in milk with high temperature in a short time while preserving nutrients.
    ● Cooling: Rapidly cools the sterilized milk to an optimal temperature to prevent bacterial regrowth and prepare for fermentation.

Inoculation and Fermentation

  • Inoculation: Introduces specific lactic acid bacteria into the milk under suitable conditions.
    ● Fermentation: After constant-temperature fermentation, lactose is converted to lactic acid, creating yogurt’s unique flavor and texture.

Cooling, Stirring, and Filling

  • Cooling: Solidifies yogurt’s flavor and texture after fermentation.
    ● Stirring: Ensures a uniform texture.
    ● Filling: Precisely fills yogurt into packaging containers like glass bottles, plastic bottles, or cartons.

Sealing and Quality Inspection

  • Sealing: Uses our company’s specialized yogurt filling and sealing machine to prevent leakage or spoilage during transportation and storage.
    ● Quality Inspection: Comprehensively tests yogurt for color, taste, odor, shelf life, and other indicators.

Packaging and Warehousing

  • Packaging: Neatly places qualified yogurt into cartons and seals them.
    ● Warehousing: Transports sealed cartons to the warehouse for further distribution and sales.
