Raw material selection:
Fresh and ripe fruits are selected as raw materials, and fermented, spoiled and unripe fruits are strictly screened and removed.
Pretreatment:
The fruits are pre-treated by washing, peeling, and removing the core to prepare for the subsequent juicing work.
Juicing:
Use efficient juicing equipment (such as screw presses or centrifugal juicers) to squeeze the pre-treated fruits to ensure the freshness and taste of the juice. During the juicing process, the juicing time and strength are precisely controlled to maximize the retention of nutrients and flavor in the juice.
Homogenization and blending:
Mix juice, water, sugar and other raw materials in proportion according to the product formula to form a fruit juice drink with balanced taste and nutrition. Processes such as stirring and homogenization will ensure that all ingredients are fully integrated.
Sterilization:
Use ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization technology (UHT) or other sterilization methods (such as ultraviolet disinfection) to sterilize the prepared fruit juice drinks to ensure the safety and hygiene of the products.
Filling:
Use filling equipment to accurately fill the sterilized fruit juice drinks into packaging containers (such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, etc.). Sealing equipment will ensure the sealing of the container to prevent the juice from leaking or deteriorating during transportation and sales.
Packaging:
Label and pack the filled fruit juice drinks to give them a beautiful appearance and convenient transportation conditions.
