(3) Equipment features:
- Pretreatment section: Soybeans are converted into soy milk through soaking, washing, coarse grinding, fine grinding, pulp-residue separation, filtration and other steps.
- Standardization section: Soy milk is prepared to meet different tastes and nutritional requirements, and then the quality and stability of soy milk are ensured through ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization, vacuum degassing, homogenization and other processes.
- Bean curd and brain: Soy milk is solidified into bean curd by adding coagulants (such as gypsum, brine, etc.).
- Filling, sterilization and packaging section: Soy milk is filled into different packaging containers and sterilized twice to ensure product safety and extend shelf life.
- Tofu pudding forming and filling: The solidified tofu pudding is formed and filled into cups/boxes.
- Tofu pudding sterilization and packaging: The filled tofu pudding is pasteurized to ensure the safety of the product and extend the shelf life.
- CIP cleaning section: The production line is cleaned thoroughly regularly to ensure the hygiene of the production environment and the normal operation of the equipment.
